What You'll Do

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
• Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and school staff.
• Implement and monitor evidence-based interventions across classrooms.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other professionals for wraparound support.
• Ensure compliance with Medicaid/insurance documentation standards.
