Job Description

Champion and lead of process safety excellence across our operations, embedding a strong safety culture through targeted training, field engagement, structured risk assessments and analysis, and leadership coaching. A dynamic communicator with deep process safety / risk assessment technical knowledge.
Qualification & ExperienceEngineering degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical, or Process Safety Engineering (or equivalent)10+ years of relevant industry experienceKnowledgeable in Petrochem industry & Regulatory requirementsMust have lead / facilitated risk assessments using HAZOP, scenario based risk assessments, bow-tie analysis, or other methodologiesPreferred competency in consequence modelling tools (e.g. Phast)
Key responsibilities are to facilitate risk assessments, HAZOPs, process safety studies, development and delivery of training, and other risk & process safety duties as required.This position is not to lead OSHA PSM program development or implementation.
