Responsible for direct supervision to patients, indirect supervision of rehabilitation technicians. General supervision of PT assistants in accordance with State Practice Acts. Shift:

Days and Evenings

Mon/Wed 8:30 am- 6:00 pm, Tues/Thurs 7:30 am- 5:00 pm, Fri 8:00 am-12:00 pm

Education: Bachelor's, Master of Science in Physical Therapy or Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Licensure: Current/Temporary license of Physical Therapy in the state of practice.
Certifications: BLS certified. Required certifications must be current before being assigned to care for patients independently.
Preferred Experience: Six months to one year of experience is preferred for a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist. Prefer experience with care for adult and geriatric patients.

Physical Requirements:
•    Position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. regularly.
•    Position requires prolonged standing and walking during each shift.
•    Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
