About Us

All Seasons Cleaning Services is one of the fastest-growing exterior home services companies in Vancouver and Portland. We specialize in roofing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, painting, tree removal, pressure washing, and more. As we expand, we're looking for an estimator to meet with clients, prepare accurate quotes, and represent our company on-site.

Responsibilities

• On-Site Estimates: Meet with clients in person, walk the property, take measurements, and document project details.
• Quoting & Pricing: Prepare and send accurate quotes across services including roofing, landscaping, painting, and tree removal.
• Change Requests: Update estimates promptly when client needs change.
• Client Communication: Follow up on pending quotes, answer questions, and overcome objections to encourage approvals.
• Scheduling: Coordinate estimate visits to ensure a 2–4 day turnaround.
• Reporting: Provide daily updates on estimates completed, quotes sent, and client feedback.

Requirements

• Experience in construction, roofing, landscaping, painting, and tree services preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to take accurate measurements and prepare clear estimates.
• Comfortable working primarily on the ground (this role does not require roof work).
• Valid driver's license required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $25–$35 per hour + commission opportunities (based on experience and performance)
• Schedule: Full-time, 40+ hours/week
