Why work as a Surgical Technician?Make an Impact!Our Surgical Technicians play a key role in facilitating safe and successful surgeries for our patients! Under the direction of a Registered Nurse, you would check and set up instruments, perform counts, and scrub in to assist the Surgeon at the table during invasive and surgical procedures. Other responsibilities may include: handling specimens, assisting with patient positioning and transfers, and participating in OR turnover.Develop and Grow Your Career!Invest in furthering your education through seeking certifications or advanced degrees by taking advantage of our Tuition Reimbursement! And employee parking is always free!Position:Surgical TechnicianShift:7:00am -3:30pm Monday - Friday, no holidays no weekends.Experience: One year of Operating Room experience preferred.Education: Successful completion of an accredited course in Operating Room Technology.Licensures/Certifications: Surgical Technician Certification (CST) Preferred.Certified Surgical Technologist (by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) Certification required upon hire if surgical training took place on or after 12/29/2020.Employee Status: RegularSchedule: Full-timeShift: Day JobPay Range: $26.53 - $41.11Job Grade: 209
