Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

 

 

• Must be familiar with 2020 software
• Proficient at using a tape measure
• Must be able to follow directions
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Leads sub-contractor trades and installers to achieve flawless installation and zero punch list.
• Serves as direct point of contact with end customer, their reps, contractors and others.

• Delegates tasks, reads and understands architectural prints to meet aggressive timelines.
• Participates in final walks, rectifies punch lists, and completes job site reporting.
• Diagnoses and recommends solutions for issues with millwork, hardware and low voltage (LEDs, drivers) when applicable..
• Qualifies and recommends new resources to assist with future install programs.
• Conducts site surveys and provides detailed dimensions and location plans.

Completes daily reporting of job progress, issues and recommended resolution
