Locum CRNAs needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Santa Cruz, NM. NM license preferred.

• Shift: 7a-5p.
• Call hours: 5p-7a.
• Call Schedule: Every 3rd night/Friday night calls takes weekend call.
• Response Time: 30mins.
• Cases: ENDO, OB, GYN, General, ORTHO, Acute Pain Management.
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals: Must be proficient.
• Caselogs Required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals and blocks.
• Yes- proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
• Number of providers during the day: 3.
• Number of OR's: 3.
• DEA and CSR required.
• Supervision: All CRNA practice.
• EMR: Epic.
• Credentialing: 30-60 days (Temps are available with a clear background/malpractice history, and active, unrestricted license).
• $1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 160 hours.
