Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following schedule:

  • Tuesday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM (may vary)
  • Some holidays are required

Compensation

  • Pay range $25-$38, commensurate with experience and licensure
  • Eligible for up to $5000.00 sign-on bonus

What You ll Do

  • Working with our Board Certified veterinarian in Dentistry & Oral Surgery, assist in maxillofacial examination for detailed evaluation of the teeth, oral cavity, jaws, and surrounding structures
  • Prepare patients and dental equipment, ensuring safety, sterility and proper setup.
  • Monitor anesthesia and vital signs throughout dental and surgical procedures.
  • Assist with advanced periodontal diagnostics and procedures, endodontic therapy, prosthodontic procedures, periodontal surgery and oral surgery.
  • Educate clients about oral health care, post-procedure instructions, preventive strategies.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Current Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) credential in good standing.
  • Experience assisting with veterinary dentistry preferred.
  • Strong skills in anesthesia monitoring, patient handling, clinical support and dental imaging.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members and pet owners.
  • Confidence working in a collaborative environment.
  • Familiarity with veterinary medical software (e.g., EzyVet, SmartFlow) a plus
  • A positive attitude and commitment to compassionate care
