Responsibilities • Provide construction management inspection for multi trade contracts to ensure the project is constructed in conformance with the contract requirements. • Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards are met at various stages of the project and coordinate with Regional Code Officer. • Ensuring that timely decisions are made to keep projects on schedule and within budgeted costs while meeting clients' needs. • Perform inspections, prepare construction reports and expedite the execution of contracts and supervise inspectors. • Maintain a written daily log of project progress, actions performed, contractor's workforce, materials approvals and deliveries and issues on the job site. • Monitor contractor safety operations and coordinate with Regional Safety Manager as needed. • Travel may be required.
