Job Description
Onsite Property manager needed for a +/- 120 unit portfolio in the City of Port Hueneme and Oxnard.
To be eligible for consideration for the position of property manager, you must have at least 2 years administrative and/or management background in related fields. The main function of a resident manager is to oversee the day to day operations of the community. You must be knowledgeable in Excel and Word, also computer and e-mail savvy. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. Please embed your resume in the body of the e-mail and write a brief summary of why you would be the perfect candidate for this position
Compensation: Accommodations plus salary (range $2,000 to $2,400).
