Machine Operator - 3rd Shift at PrideStaff

Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday 11:00PM to 7:15AM

Pay Rate: $15/hr - $16.25/hr (depending on experience)

Location: Vandalia, Ohio 45377

Experience: 1-2 years of machine operation experience preferred

Working in a modern, fast-paced environment, you’ll play a key role in operating plastic injection molding machinery, performing quality checks, and preparing finished products for shipping. • Operate & Monitor: Safely operate plastic injection molding presses and follow step-by-step work instructions.

• Quality Assurance: Perform careful visual inspections to ensure molded parts meet quality specifications and document any scrap.

• Assembly & Finishing: Perform light assembly, trim, and handle finished parts using hand tools as required.

• Package & Label: Carefully pack and label finished products according to customer requirements.

• Safety & Maintenance: Keep your workspace safe, clean, and compliant with all safety standards and OSHA guidelines.

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).

• Key Skills: Strong work ethic and attendance, great attention to detail, basic math abilities, and solid communication skills.

• Physical Abilities: Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift during your shift.

• Flexibility: A strong attendance record and a willingness to work overtime as production demands require.
