Your New Role
  • Serve as the first point of contact for homeowners, handling calls, scheduling, and job updates in Kennedale, TX and surrounding areas
  • Coordinate closely with the Project Manager to align schedules, timelines, and project execution
  • Schedule and manage vendors and subcontractors to keep jobs on track
  • Negotiate pricing, timelines, and availability with vendors and subcontractors
  • Prepare and organize material orders for roofing and construction jobs
  • Occasionally pick up materials from suppliers as needed
  • Track and manage timesheets, expenses, and job cost ledgers using Excel
  • Maintain accurate job documentation using CompanyCam and internal systems
  • Support job costing and bookkeeping tasks, with role split of approximately 80 percent administrative and 20 percent bookkeeping
  • Keep job files, communication logs, and project records organized and up to date
  • Assist with customer and subcontractor coordination to ensure smooth project flow

  • Some hands-on experience or basic understanding of construction, roofing, remodeling, or similar trades is important
  • Administrative or office experience is helpful but not required
  • Scheduling or coordinating crews, vendors, or jobs is beneficial, but you can be trained
  • Exposure to bookkeeping, job costing, or tracking expenses is a plus, not required
  • Strong computer skills are required, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors
  • Fast learner who can pick up new systems, processes, and workflows quickly
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
