Service Technician – Hydraulic Machinery (Direct Hire)

Acton, MA | Full-Time | On-Site | 20% Travel (North America & Canada)

We are hiring a Service Technician to join a growing manufacturing company in Acton, MA. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a hands-on technician with strong experience in hydraulic machinery, troubleshooting, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of hydraulic machines
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and technical issues
• Provide on-site and remote customer service and technical support
• Lead installation, testing, and repair projects in coordination with the technical team
• Support customers via phone, email, and on-site visits
• Travel up to 20% annually for training, installations, and customer support

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Training availability preferred: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Requirements (Must-Have)

• 3+ years of experience as a Service Technician or Mechanical Technician
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems
• Ability to travel internationally up to 20% per year
• Excellent troubleshooting and customer-facing skills
