We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to join our team in the Inpatient Hematology/Oncology/Cellular Therapy unit at Mayo Clinic.

This fast-paced position requires advanced nursing skills, with opportunities to practice skills outside of standard inpatient nursing care. You will have the chance to work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic, patient-centered care.

As a Registered Nurse, you will be accountable for the coordination of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education, and transitions of care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive care to patients with hematologic disorders and cancers
• Administering cellular therapy, research infusions, immunotherapy, blood transfusions, and central line care
• Patient triage and management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A strong background in hematology and oncology nursing
• Advanced nursing skills, including experience with cellular therapy administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
