PRODUCT MANAGER - PLATFORM GROWTH & SCALING

About Job
Product Strategy & Vision:
• Partner with AVP of Product to define platform roadmap that balances foundational fixes with innovation and competitive differentiation
• Analyze competitive landscape in AI data platforms and identify opportunities to differentiate and win in the market
• Translate business objectives and user insights into compelling product narratives and strategic initiatives
• Build business cases and prioritization frameworks (impact/effort, RICE, etc.) to guide roadmap decisions
Cross-Functional Leadership:
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, recruitment, delivery, operations and client teams to ship high-quality features on aggressive timelines
• Influence stakeholders across recruitment, delivery, sales, and customer success to align on product priorities and drive platform adoption
• Partner with marketing and go-to-market teams to position product capabilities and drive user acquisition and engagement
• Build trust with distributed engineering teams (including global development centers) through clear communication and stakeholder management
Data-Driven Decision Making:
• Define KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives, leveraging analytics tools to measure impact
• Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences
• Build dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide visibility into product health, user behavior, and business outcomes
User Experience & Design:
• Apply strong product sense and UX intuition to evaluate designs, prototypes, and user flows
• Partner with designers (or work independently when needed) to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate product vision
• Advocate for user needs and ensure design decisions are grounded in research, data, and usability best practices
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
• 3+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing or B2B platforms
• Proven track record scaling products to millions of users (required - must demonstrate specific examples)
• 3+ years working at high-growth technology companies or fast-scaling startups
• Experience with marketplace platforms, two-sided networks, or workforce management systems (preferred)
Skills & Expertise:
• Product-led growth: Deep understanding of activation funnels, onboarding optimization, retention tactics, and viral mechanics
• User experience design: Strong product sense, ability to evaluate and influence design decisions, familiarity with design tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Experimentation & analytics: Hands-on experience designing A/B tests, analyzing user data (SQL required), and building dashboards
• Competitive intelligence: Ability to analyze competitor products, identify market trends, and translate insights into product strategy
• Stakeholder management: Exceptional communication skills, ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Technical Acumen:
• Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical product decisions
• Understanding of APIs, system architecture, and data flows (ability to read API documentation, understand integration points)
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and LLM-based products (nice-to-have)
Mindset & Approach:
• Bias to action: Ships MVPs quickly, iterates based on feedback, comfortable with ambiguity
• User-centric: Obsessed with understanding user needs, pain points, and behavior
• Data-informed: Uses data to validate hypotheses but balances with qualitative insights and product intuition
• Collaborative: Builds trust across teams, seeks input from stakeholders, operates with transparency
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field
• Experience in AI data, annotation, labeling, or crowd workforce platforms
• Background in operations-heavy products (logistics, fulfillment, marketplace operations)
• Experience launching 0→1 products or leading platform redesigns
• Familiarity with international/global product launches and localization
