Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork is a *family owned* business that began in Wausau over 75 years ago. Kolbe manufactures premium windows and doors sold throughout the US and Canada. The Manawa location employs over 100 team members and is one of two Kolbe manufacturing facilities. This location recently expanded, launched a new product line, and anticipates high demand. This full-time assembly position is responsible for efficiently completing various aspects in the assembling of window and door products.
*Responsibilities:*
· Read descriptions on paperwork and perform the appropriate manufacturing tasks.
· Organize and keep window products sequenced.
· Perform quality checks
· Cross-train and assist in multiple areas of the production process.
*Requirements:*
· High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
· Previous manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
· Sense of sound, touch, and vision (near, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception) ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (safety toe shoes, ear protection, safety glasses, protective arm guards, protective gloves etc.)

· Start at $19.00/hour with increases on an annual basis.
o Annual reviews are given as a percentage, all based on your performance!
· First shift/full-time hours are 6:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Thursday, Overtime on Friday as needed).
· Benefits include health, dental, vision, and disability insurance, paid vacation and holidays after 60 day probation, plus 401K with matching contributions.
