Job Description
Continuum Rehab Group is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our in-house therapy team serving Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care Facilities in Kansas City, MO.

Experience/Qualifications:
Must have graduated from an accredited University and have valid (or in process) License in appropriate state.
This position is open to therapists at all experience levels.
