Job Description
Join our dynamic mental health team as a Licensed Mobile Crisis Responder, where you will play a vital role in delivering immediate, compassionate crisis intervention and behavioral health support directly in the community. This energetic position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by providing on-the-spot assessments, stabilization, and connection to ongoing care for individuals experiencing mental health or behavioral crises. You will work in diverse settings, including homes, community centers, and hospitals, ensuring timely and effective responses to those in urgent need. Your expertise will help de-escalate situations, promote safety, and facilitate access to appropriate services. Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) training is required. Applicants without current training must successfully complete the required training before independently responding to crisis calls.
