Northwest Talent Solutions is recruiting an accomplished Lead Mammography Technologist on behalf of a nationally recognized healthcare organization located in the heart of Houston's medical district. This is a rare opportunity to combine hands-on clinical excellence with departmental leadership in a patient-centered, high-technology imaging environment.

As the Lead Mammo Tech, you'll guide a skilled team of imaging professionals, oversee daily workflow and quality assurance, and ensure compassionate, accurate diagnostic imaging for patients across a full spectrum of screening and diagnostic mammography services.

• Lead day-to-day operations for mammography services, ensuring imaging quality, compliance, and patient safety.
• Perform mammographic examinations and maintain technical proficiency across modalities.
• Support and mentor technologists through clinical coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with physicians, radiologists, and administrative leaders to improve patient experience and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to departmental quality and performance-improvement initiatives.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
• Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support (BLS or ACLS).
• Current Texas Medical Board license (MRT or MRA).
• ARRT-R and ARRT-M certifications required.
• Prior senior or leadership-level mammography experience in an acute-care or outpatient imaging environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication, team-building, and mentoring skills.
