Position Title: Associate - Tax - Transactional Tax
Location: Los Angeles
Salary Range: $225,000-$435,000
About the Opportunity

Our tax lawyers advise multinational corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds, domestic corporations, joint ventures, emerging companies, special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs), and tax-exempt organizations.

The Los Angeles office is seeking an associate with a minimum of one year of transactional tax experience to join our 2nd to 5th year associate class.
