We are currently seeking motivated individuals for a career in the Electrical Industry as a Crew Leader in our Commercial Dept. at multiple jobsites in Orlando, Apopka & Central FL area.

This is an hourly pay, non-commission position.

*Must have acceptable 3 year driving record.

*Must have at least 3 year Commercial experience.

**Interviews will be held in Orlando, at our main office.

Work days- Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm. Weekly pay with hourly wages.

Positions:

  • Commercial Dept. Crew Lead

Job Description:

  • Installing electrical wiring, equipment, devices and fixtures.
  • Use hand and power tools for installations.
  • Troubleshooting electrical problems.
  • Help maintains tools, vehicles, equipment and keep parts and supplies in order.
  • Learn National Electrical Code to perform safe and quality installations.

​​Skills:

  • MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL EXPERIENCE
  • Must be self-motivated to learn and assist others
  • Able to follow directions and repeat various tasks
  • Use mathematics in order to resolve problems
  • Communicate with others, provide full attention and convey information effectively
  • Work with others as a team

Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age or older with acceptable driving history.
  • 3 year Commercial Experience
  • Not have a fear of heights/being on ladders from 6ft to 20ft.
  • Quickly move your hand/s together with your arm/s, and your two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects
  • See details at close range as they work closely with their job function
  • Bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
  • Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules using patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations
  • Coordinate two or more limbs for example two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm while setting, standing, or lying down. It does not involve performing activities with the whole body in motion
  • Must be familiar with and able to work in the Florida heat
