DJS Resources is seeking Electricians at all levels willing to work both local projects and opportunities that require travel to the job site. We are seeking Apprentice Electricians with 1+ years of experience to Journeyman Electricians with multiple years of field experience on both Industrial and Commercial projects. Duties include, but not limited to:
- Install and repair electrical systems in Industrial and Commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and make necessary repairs.
- Work with a team to ensure all work meets code requirements and safety standards.
- Ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Cutting, bending, threading and running 1/2" & 3/4", 1" electrical conduit materials.
- Read blueprints and wiring schematics.
- Verify compliance and functionality of installations.
- Maintain workflow schedule to ensure productivity objectives are met.
- Coordinate with other trades on site.
- Responsible for keeping and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Pulling electrical wiring through electrical conduit.
- Assisting in terminating electrical panels, set fixtures, outlets, and various electrical devices.
- Must be dependable and willing to complete the project from start to finish.
- Other assigned tasks and duties as assigned.
Requirements of the Electrician:
- At least 1+ years of field experience in an Industrial or Commercial environment.
- Familiarity with NEC codes and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
- Must have a valid driver's license, own basic tools and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check, pass drug screen, I-9 and E-Verify.
