Job Description

We are seeking a skilled attorney to join our team. In this role, you will not only take depositions and make appearances at the WCAB but also:

• Manage cases of varying complexity from start to finish
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and strategic guidance
• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient resolution of cases
• Negotiate and settle both cases-in-chief and lien disputes
• Prepare pleadings, reports, and other legal documents
• Oversee all aspects of workers' compensation litigation

Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience as a workers' compensation defense attorney (preferred)
• Proactive and client-focused approach from assignment through resolution
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently
• Excellent research and analytical abilities
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams
• Active California State Bar license and member in good standing

Salary Range: $90,000 – $130,000.
Exact compensation will depend on skills & experience.
