Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Health Data Strategist / Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve the health and performance of our clients. You will work closely with our team of sports agents, coaches, and medical professionals to analyze and interpret health data, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize our clients' training and recovery programs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze health data from various sources, including wearable devices, medical records, and fitness assessments
- Develop and maintain a database of health data for our clients
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate key insights and trends
- Collaborate with our team to identify areas for improvement in our clients' health and performance
- Develop strategies and interventions to address these areas and track their effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in health data analytics and incorporate them into our strategies
- Communicate complex data and insights to non-technical team members and clients in a clear and concise manner
- Ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations when handling sensitive health data
- Manage and mentor a team of data analysts and oversee their work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in data analytics, health informatics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare or sports industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
- Knowledge of statistical methods and data visualization techniques
- Experience with health data management and privacy regulations (e.g. HIPAA)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Passion for sports and understanding of athlete performance and health
- Strong organizational and project management skills
