Job Overview

This part-time seasonal role involves assisting in sales development, maintaining productivity levels, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will work effectively as part of a team, following manager directions while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Verify customer ages accurately
• Provide helpful assistance to customers and adhere to customer service standards
• Process cash transactions and maintain checkout, shopping cart, and storage areas
• Perform tasks related to stocking, display-building, and porter duties
• Implement injury prevention, safety training, and security measures
• Adhere to shipping and receiving procedures
• Develop product knowledge to better serve customers
• Carry out assignments as directed by store management

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Accuracy with counting cash and making change
• Proficiency in operating business equipment (scanners, computer keyboards, etc.)
• Pass applicable alcohol training classes and maintain certification
• Physical ability to lift 40-50 pounds repeatedly
• Effective communication with customers and managers
• Follow directions and complete tasks
• Legible handwriting
• Ability to read small text
• Stand or walk for extended periods
• Repetitive stair climbing
• Work in cold environments

Compensation and Benefits:
