Job Description
Integrated Magnetics is a custom engineering company dealing with state of the art technologies as related to military, government, space/aerospace, semiconductor, and medical programs and products. We are looking for challenging craftsmen and candidates who want to be a part of this iconic 77 year old company that designs and manufactures unique custom engineered, state of the art products. Integrated Magnetics is looking for a machine shop supervisor for first and second shift to manage a growing machine shop in Tucson, AZ with 40 plus CNC controlled machines including lathes, mills, grinders, and EDM machines and reporting to the operations manager. The supervisor will manage the machining process that produces magnets, electro-mechanical assemblies, and magnetic assemblies to the highest quality government standards. The supervisor will provide leadership to ensure overall financial, quality and support goals are upheld. The machine shop supervisor will be working for first shift from 7:30 AM 4:30 PM or for second shift from 4:00 PM to midnight and overtime as needed.

This position may require exposure to information which is subject to US export control regulations, i.e. the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
