Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The HVAC Journeyman is independently responsible for the installation, service, repair, maintenance, and diagnostic evaluation of residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for Tellez Heating and Air clients throughout the Tulsa Metro area. This role requires sound independent judgment, strict adherence to safety and code requirements, and direct, professional communication with customers in their homes and businesses. Tellez Heating and Air is a small, family-owned crew – this technician works closely with ownership rather than through layers of dispatch management, but is still responsible for the completion of work whether alone or leading a team.

Tellez Heating and Air has served the Tulsa Metro area since 2009. We are family-owned and locally operated – not corporate – which means our technicians work directly with ownership and are known by name, not treated as a truck number. We run a small crew, do not require mandatory on-call outside of regular operating hours, and place real value on technician skill and continued training.
