Necessary Skills: * Drafting, compiling, and filing Complaints, Answers, FDFs, Subpoenas, Legal Briefs, Exhibit Notebooks, Deposition Notices, Discovery Documents, Motions, and the like. * Great customer service and communication skills are a must. * Able to direct clients and internal assignees to accomplish various goals and meet deadlines. * organized and able to expertly maintain paper and digital files. Detail oriented. * Able to stay calm and prioritize tasks by importance without missing deadlines. * Manage case and trial deadlines. * Ability to self-motivate and adhere to deadlines. * Ability and desire work well with a team, client, and work independently. * Ability and desire to continue professional and self-growth Salary will be commensurate with experience. Generous bonuses based on billable hour excess of 1440 annually and annual discretionary bonuses.
