Main Requirements:
- Work alongside our client service team to provide our clients with white-glove service
- Prepare, mail, and organize client materials such as statements, checks, and other account paperwork
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and coordinate client scheduling needs
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical to ensure regulatory compliance
- Follow up with clients on items awaiting client action, such as signed documents, approvals, and additional information needed to move requests forward
- Support internal operations by offloading administrative tasks from our client service team and advisors
