Job Description
Shape the heartbeat of our Rochester manufacturing campus
As sunrise hits the line, you bring the plant to life—diagnosing control systems, tracing schematics, and keeping production humming. As an Industrial Controls Journeyman Electrician, you’ll install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex electrical equipment so our teams can deliver with speed and quality.
What you’ll doThis position may be filled as a Journeyperson in Training (JIT) with a pay range of $37.77–$44.06, or as a Journeyperson at $44.96. Final classification and pay are determined by credentials/credentials review and interview performance.
General Motors UAW hourly roles offer competitive pay and benefits, with eligibility for an annual incentive payout for qualified employees.
Work location and mobilityThis role is categorized as onsite, requiring full-time presence at a designated GM location.
Relocation and travel expenses are generally the responsibility of the applicant; however, this job may be eligible for relocation benefits.
