Job Title: Director of Finance & HR Administration
Full-Time, Pay Range: $90,000+ based on experience
About the Role: Chateau La Jolla, a family-owned, 55+ senior community, steps from the beach, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Finance & HR Administration to join our leadership team. This dual-role position oversees all accounting, finance, and human resource operations, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and a culture that supports our residents and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources & Administration
· Provide leadership and guidance on HR strategy, employee relations, compliance, and policy administration.
· Maintain and update personnel policies in alignment with California labor law and industry best practices.
· Process bi-weekly payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and employee recordkeeping.
· Support department managers in hiring, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
· Promote a positive workplace culture through communication, recognition, and accountability.
· Partner with management on benefits, wage/salary programs, and staff development opportunities.
· Encourage the appropriate and ethical use of technology, including AI tools, to streamline administrative workflows.
