Siteworks Engineering is seeking a motivated *Civil Site Engineer* to assist with land development projects throughout *Kent and Sussex Counties, Delaware*. Our firm specializes in site design, subdivision planning, stormwater management, and construction support for residential, commercial, and industrial developments.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare civil site design plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control.
* Design stormwater management systems in accordance with *DNREC Sediment & Stormwater Regulations*.
* Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using *HydroCAD* or similar software.
* Prepare subdivision and land development plans for local municipalities and counties.
* Coordinate with agencies such as *DelDOT, DNREC, Conservation Districts, and local Planning Departments*.
* Assist with permitting, technical reports, and construction administration.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* 0–8 years of experience in *site design or land development engineering*.
* Experience with *AutoCAD Civil 3D* required.
* Experience with *HydroCAD* or stormwater modeling preferred.
* EIT or PE license preferred (or ability to obtain). xkmhxrz
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
