Qualifications

• Handle administrative duties in a timely manner
• Must be able to multitask
• Able to work in a group setting
• Knowledgeable of Dentrix and Medicaid
• Strong organizational skills
• Understand check in/out
• Assign and charge out providers using correct dental codes and charges to process payments.
• Create claims for Medicaid and traditional insurance
• Prepare and process all prior authorizations for Medicaid
• Verify Medicaid eligibility
• Verify Traditional insurance
• Confirm and schedule appointments

Full time position. Work days: Monday - Thursday Hours 6:30am -3:00 pm
