Pay: $150,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year

Location: Oakland, California – Full-time, fully on-site in our downtown office with convenient access to public transportation.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have at least 2 years of civil litigation experience. This position is fully on-site, and relocation assistance is not available.

Job Description
- Represent clients in complex consumer rights and class action litigation matters.
- Handle cases in state and federal courts appropriate to your level of experience.
- Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
- Manage discovery, client communications, and case progression.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys on nationally significant litigation.
- Analyze legal issues and develop creative solutions for challenging matters.
- Meet court deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and legal professionals.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing litigation team.
Qualifications
- Active California Bar license required.
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience required.
- 1+ yr of class action experience required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and legal briefs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Class action or plaintiff-side litigation experience is a plus but not required.
