Job DescriptionJob DescriptionKelly Services is hiring Hand Welding Machine Operators on behalf of a leading manufacturer of clamps servicing the aerospace, construction, filtration, irrigation, marine, on/off-road vehicles, rail and water treatment industries. 
$18.50 Per Hour + $250 Sign-On Bonus (Raise Upon Hire)
Mon – Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm (20 mins paid lunch, 2 breaks)
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform welding tasks using spot-welding machines to assemble, join, or repair metal parts
  • Prepare materials for welding by measuring components to specifications
  • Inspect welded joints for quality ensuring compliance with specifications
  •  
Physical Demands 
  • Must be able to sit or stand for entire shift
  • Repetitive pressing of trigger buttons on specific machines
  • Occasional lifting of single parts and/or bins ranging from 30 to 50 lbs.
  • Written, oral, and/or data entry communications
Job Requirements
  • Previous manufacturing experience
  • Basic Math Skills and Reading/Writing Comprehension
  • Basic Understanding and Use of Computers
  • Beginning to Intermediate level experience with machinery and/or manufacturing
