Now Hiring: Transportation Attendants

Location: Delaware County, PA
Service Area: Philadelphia & Surrounding Counties

Lync Transportation is a trusted provider of safe, compassionate transportation services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. We proudly serve students, seniors, and individuals with special needs through our school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) programs. We are seeking professional, caring Transportation Attendants to support our passengers and drivers during daily transport.

Hourly Pay: $15–$17/hr
Retention Bonus: Up to $1k

Flexible Shifts:

• AM: 5:00 AM – 9:59 AM
• PM: 1:00 PM – 6:59 PM
• Choose AM, PM, or both!

What You’ll Do

• Assist students and passengers while entering/exiting the vehicle
• Ensure all passengers are properly seated and secured
• Supervise passenger behavior and promote a safe, respectful ride environment
• Support the driver with attendance tracking, parent communication, and portal alerts
• Help keep vehicles clean and safe through daily inspections and sanitization
• Attend professional development trainings and team meetings
• Maintain positive, professional relationships with families, school staff, and coworkers

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience working with children (preferred)
• Warm, calm, and professional demeanor
• Ability to de-escalate situations and follow safety protocols
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with First Aid/CPR (certification required after hire)
