We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Manager to join our team at a high-end sushi restaurant located in the Valley.
Our restaurant is a large-scale operation, approximately 5,000 square feet, offering a refined dining experience with a strong focus on quality, service, and team culture.
Compensation
• Annual salary: $75,000 – $90,000
• Compensation is based on experience and qualifications
Benefits
• 5 days of paid vacation after one year of employment
• Partial health insurance coverage
• 401(k) plan offered
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience as a floor manager or similar leadership role
• Experience in high-end or upscale dining restaurants is strongly preferred
• Experience managing large dining rooms or high-volume operations is a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
Responsibilities
• Oversee daily floor operations and service flow
• Lead, train, and support front-of-house staff
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and professionalism
• Coordinate closely with ownership, chefs, and management team
• Ensure smooth service during busy shifts
