We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in commercial electrical work, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role requires hands-on experience with various electrical systems, including high and low voltage applications, as well as proficiency in using hand and power tools. The Electrician will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations and repairs are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). You will most likely be working out of town.
*Responsibilities*
* Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
* Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine the layout of electrical systems.
* Troubleshoot electrical issues using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
* Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for automated systems.
* Ensure compliance with NEC standards during all electrical work.
* Collaborate with other trades on construction sites to complete projects efficiently.
* Perform renovation tasks that require electrical modifications or installations.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
* Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks related to electrical installations.
