We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Administrative Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative tasks. This is a remote role, and the ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of managing multiple tasks independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and organize calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments

* Handle incoming communications 

* Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
