The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of Manufacturing Operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the General Manager and their support team.

Responsibilities:

• Collect data from internal and external sources
• Compile data into operational segments
• Present your findings to management
• Ensure that all data is accurate and properly organized
• Timely management and distribution of data files to appropriate personnel
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred
• Administrative training/experience preferred
• Data collection or database experience
• Research and organizational skills
• Strong communication abilities
• Developing and implementing data analyses and data collection systems
• Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Intermediate ability with Microsoft Excel Software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
