We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Summit on the Lake Apartments in Fort Worth, TX! Come be a part of a team where we are IN IT TOGETHER!

Fort Worth, TX 76135

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, On-Call rotation 1 week every 3 weeks

Responsibilities:-Ensuring that work orders are being completed and assigned to team members based on priority-Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy-Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC-Monthly budget analysis with Property Manager-Manage and maintain a consistent preventative maintenance program-Exterior structural maintenance as needed-Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system-Managing bids and planning major repairs from third party vendors

Requirements:-HVAC experience required-EPA certification required-CPO certification a plus-Bilingual skill preferred (English/Spanish speaking)-High school diploma or equivalent-2+ years' experience in the maintenance field-1+ year experience within the multi-family housing industry required-Experience managing 1+ employees-Drywall, painting, and carpentry experience-Experience with light plumbing and electrical work-Strong HVAC experience, troubleshooting and conversions required-Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers-Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process)
