Dreamland Learning Center is looking for a reliable and friendly qualified person for an Assistant Director position located at 110 Pulaski Street, West Warwick, RI 02893. Will provide training for the right candidate.Responsibilities:
- Know and follow policies and procedures related to work activities performed in the area of responsibility.
- Complete training in the area of responsibility within the allowed time period. Training is required for changes in existing policies and procedures, for new assignments, and for the implementation of new policies and procedures.
- Ability to be well organized and handle the planning of multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Word, PPT, Excel, and learning new systems.
- Ability to photocopy, print, file, and compile necessary data entry.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, when necessary.
- Assist in classrooms with lesson plans, under the RIELD Standards.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have an Associate's degree in early childhood education.
- 2+ years of experience in a childcare setting.
- Must pass national criminal background/fingerprint check.
- Must have reliable transportation.
