D&S Dining Group the ownership of the acclaimed Salumeria Rosi Upper West Side and East Village and The Wallace Lounge is looking for a dedicated manager to be part of the operations management team. This position will provide insight into a multi unit operation and its organization.  The company is actively growing and so are the roles within it.
Candidates must be:

Qualifications include:
- 3 years or management/leadership experience
- knowledge of reservation systems (Rest, OT) 
- knowledge of POS systems (ToAST)
- knowledge of inventories and inventory systems
- basic COGS and payroll %
- systems management 
- Steps of service
- DOH protocol
