Job Description:

• Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control statistics and analyses

• Collaborate with both internal (Operations, Engineering, and Program Management) as well as external customers to ensure quality standards are in place and are being properly executed

• Determine root cause for products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications and implement effective corrective action as needed 

• Write inspection procedures and assist in reviewing and evaluating in-process rejections and obtaining proper product dispositions 

• Analyze quality performance for factory and collaborate with Operations Engineers to develop improvement plans for identified problem areas

• Serve as primary customer Quality interface which may include having to conduct customer business briefings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Six Sigma, LEAN, and/or simulation tools like Arena, CAD, and/or AutoCAD

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey is $63,500 - $117,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
