Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Buick and GMC vehicles in line with GM factory standards
Conduct engine, transmission, brake, steering, suspension, electrical, and HVAC system repairs
Perform warranty and recall work accurately and efficiently
Use GM factory scan tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards
Maintain accurate repair orders and service records in compliance with GM and dealership guidelines
Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
What We're Looking For:
A-Level Automotive Technician with proven experience in an automotive dealership or independent repair shop
GM Master Technician Certification or GM factory training strongly preferred
Advanced knowledge of diagnostics, electrical systems, drivability issues, and engine/transmission repair
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and repair bulletins
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, efficiency, and quality workmanship
