Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain Chevrolet and other vehicles to factory standards
Perform routine services including oil changes, brakes, alignments, and tire services
Handle electrical, engine performance, and drivability diagnostics
Complete warranty and recall work following GM guidelines
Document all repairs and communicate clearly with service advisors
Road test vehicles to confirm quality and safety of completed work
Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
Stay current with GM training, technology, and service updates
Qualifications/Requirements - Automotive Service Technician:
Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive service technician
GM experience or GM certification preferred
Solid diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
