About Moove AV

At Moove AV, we don’t just manage fleets; we operate the critical infrastructure that makes autonomous transportation a reality. As a premier partner to AV industry pioneers, we manage high-tech autonomous vehicle (AV) depots where precision, uptime, and—above all—safety are the benchmarks of our success.

Operating at the intersection of cutting-edge robotics and large-scale logistics, we are expanding globally to redefine fleet commercialization.

Role Summary

We are seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Manager (AVOM) for Ride Hailing Operations (RHO) to own the daily operational rhythm of our fleet. In this role, you will not just manage shifts—you will ensure every vehicle on the road is safe, every team member is equipped to perform, and every process runs at the standard the public expects from autonomous transportation.

You will manage RHO team members—coordinating work schedules, assigning tasks for the EV fleet (including charging, cleaning, and routine maintenance), and ensuring shifts are both safe and efficient. Your goal is to maximize fleet uptime and supply availability while maintaining the highest safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Operations & Performance Monitoring

  • KPI Tracking: Monitor and report performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Daily Fleet Oversight: Provide day-to-day support and monitoring of all Fleet Deployment, Site Coordinator, and Calibration Associates.

  • Process Improvement: Engage in and manage Ops efficiency projects alongside relevant team members.

Team Leadership & Development

  • People Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, acting as a coach to other team members, ensuring adequate staffing at all times, and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Training & Qualification: Work with the central training team to ensure relevant team members are trained to Moove AV and Partner training/qualification standards.

Safety & Compliance

Compliance and Safety Standards: Monitor and maintain our rigorous safety standards across all depot operations.

  • SOP Adherence: Monitor and ensure adherence to partner Ride Hailing and Maintenance SOPs.
Qualifications
  • Team Management: 3+ years of team operations management experience in fleet, mobility or logistics. Autonomous vehicle experience preferred.
  • Computer Skills: Preferred proficiency in Google Work Suite
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational skills with a track record of managing organizational systems.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and dashboards to uncover inefficiencies and solve problems
  • Availability and willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as fleet operations require.
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Preferred experience with six-Sigma or Kaizen framework and processes and/or a focus on daily incremental improvements to processes and systems.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
