The Associate Vice President (AVP), Accounts Payable Solutions is a senior leadership role responsible for building, scaling, and operating Vizient’s Accounts Payable (AP) capabilities within the broader Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Solutions portfolio. This role will lead the development of technology enabled services designed to streamline and automate the end-to-end accounts payable lifecycle for healthcare providers, including invoice receipt, processing, exception management, and payment. As a key leader creating this newly established service line, the AVP will define the strategy, operating model, and go-to-market approach for AP solutions, ensuring alignment with client needs, market trends, and Vizient’s broader revenue and growth objectives. This individual will partner closely with product strategy, product development, sales, and marketing teams to deliver differentiated solutions that drive measurable value for clients. The AVP will oversee the operational delivery of outsourced accounts payable services, including management of a high-performing team of AP professionals. The role carries full accountability for service delivery, quality, client satisfaction, financial performance, and continuous improvement, while serving as a subject matter expert to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
ResponsibilitiesAt Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $156,500.00 to $290,100.00. This position is also incentive eligible.
