Team Member The Pit and The Peel (Juice Bar)

Location: Richmond, VA (3 Locations)
Pay: $15$22/hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Part-time / Full-time
Schedule: Flexible hours (including weekends)

Position Overview

Were looking for motivated, positive team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, working as part of a team, and delivering high-quality food and beverages quickly and consistently.
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, upbeat attitude
  • Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and light food items to company standards
  • Accurately take and fulfill customer orders
  • Execute orders efficiently to meet ticket time expectations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
  • Work collaboratively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
