About the Opportunity
We are seeking a senior-level attorney who brings extensive knowledge of banking laws and regulations, along with a proven ability to manage complex transactional and compliance matters across the banking and financial services industry. Responsibilities include representing banks and other financial institutions in the following matters: mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and regulation, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, including federal and state regulatory applications and general corporate and banking matters.
